These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the HireLines.io website and platform (“Platform”), owned and operated by HireLines.io (“HireLines”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
User refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
Client refers to organizations subscribing to HireLines.io for recruitment services.
Candidate refers to individuals whose data is processed on the Platform for hiring purposes.
Services refers to ATS, assessment, interview automation, analytics, and related features.
Users must be at least 18 years old, have legal authority to enter into a binding agreement, and use the Platform only for lawful recruitment-related purposes.
HireLines.io provides an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), technical assessments, interview automation, and recruitment analytics. HireLines.io does not guarantee hiring outcomes or employment offers.
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding login credentials. HireLines.io may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violations.
Users must not misuse candidate data, upload unlawful content, attempt reverse engineering, or use the Platform for discriminatory or unethical hiring practices.
HireLines.io acts as a data processor on behalf of Clients. Data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy.
All software, designs, trademarks, and content are the exclusive property of HireLines.io and may not be used without authorization.
Subscription fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Pricing may change with prior notice.
HireLines.io may integrate third-party services and is not responsible for their availability or performance.
While we strive for uptime, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Features may change over time.
HireLines.io shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the previous 12 months.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations, misuse, or non-payment.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
HireLines.io may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
